Can I return a pre-ordered item?

We accept returns for unused and unopened pre-order items within 14 days of delivery. Opened items can still be returned but will incur a 15% restocking fee. You can request a return from your Account Page

Refunds for canceled pre-orders are processed immediately.
Refunds for returned pre-orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving the return.
