Shipping policy

Shipping 

Paladin Vinyl ships from three warehouses on the U.S. east coast (Virginia, Kentucky and New York). Your order may be split between these warehouses and arrive in two or more boxes. Apparel items may ship separate with their own tracking. You will receive shipping notices for each package from our website. Split shipping does not cost you extra for in-stock items

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For In-stock items:  We use flat rates up to any weight depending on shipping type.

Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders use flat shipping of 6.45 per order as they ship separately from in-stock items. Pre-orders are also excluded from some promotions. It is best to order preorders separately and they will ship on or just before their street date.

We do everything we can to cap shipping rates and do not mark up rates to make profit. Unfortunately, USPS rates have gone up three times since early 2023 and we must make adjustments. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are currently not offering international shipping on most items. We do offer limited international shipping on all pre-orders. Carrier rates will apply. If you do not see shipping rates then these items will not ship to your country. 

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel any unfulfilled order by going to your Account Management Page. If an order has shipped you can self-service a return as well. 

How can I change my order?

To change the items in your order, alter your shipping information, or make any other edits to your order, reach out to our customer care team by submitting a request here. Unfortunately, we cannot edit an order once it has been processed for shipment.

How do I track and check the status of my order?

You can always check your order status and other account information by going to your Account Management Page and logging in.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please check your spam folder if you didn't get an order confirmation. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, and tracking is not updating, please contact the carrier with any questions regarding missing packages first. Then reach out to our customer care team by submitting a request via email here.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Apparel items take 5-7 business days to ship. Pre-order items usually ship 2 days before or 2 days after release date. You will receive additional emails or texts as each part of your order ships.

It says my order was delivered, but I haven’t gotten it yet. What do I do?

Please contact the carrier with any questions regarding missing packages. Oftentimes, there might be a delay or the package was marked as delivered before it was actually delivered. If you still haven’t received your package after consulting with the carrier or the carrier was not able to help you locate your package, please reach out to our customer care team by submitting a request from your Account Management Page or email us here
