When you pre-order, you're reserving a copy of a record before its official release. We fulfill pre-orders in the order they’re received, so ordering early increases your chances of securing a copy. Your order will ship just before or on the release date listed on the product page.

We keep it simple with flat-rate shipping:

• Pre-orders: $5.95 flat-rate for any quantity.

Pre-orders are shipped just before or on the release date provided on the product page. If there are any delays from the distributor or label, we will update the product page and notify you via email.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Expedited shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order anytime before it ships for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

We accept returns for unused and unopened pre-order items within 14 days of delivery. Opened items can still be returned but will incur a 15% restocking fee. You can request a return from your Account Page

• Refunds for canceled pre-orders are processed immediately.
• Refunds for returned pre-orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving the return.
• It may take 3-4 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
