All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Paladin Vinyl ships from two warehouses on the U.S. east coast (Virginia and New York). Your order may be split between these warehouses and arrive in two or more boxes. You will receive shipping notices for each package from our website. Split shipping does not cost you extra for in-stock items. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For In-stock items:  We use flat rates up to any weight depending on shipping type.

Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders use flat shipping of 5.95 per order as they ship separately from in-stock items. Pre-orders are also excluded from some promotions. It is best to order preorders separately and they will ship on or just before their street date.

International Shipping 

We are currently not offering international shipping on most items. We do offer international shipping on all pre-orders. Carrier rates will apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please check your spam folder if you didn't get an order confirmation. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Orders@PaladinVinyl.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
