Not your usual New York-based rock group, Brethren were all about southern rock and heavy gospel influence that leaned more towards 'Swamp' rock than it did cityscape. Originally released in 19970 and newly remastered for your listening pleasure, Brethren bring you their elusive gem of a debut album of 'city music and country blues, with some Pentecostal church threw in' with tracks including 'Midnight Train', 'Outside Love and 'Success Brand Oil'.
