The London-based union of Alejandro Ale Romero (bass, vocals, Spain), Jo„o Seixas (guitar, vocals, Portgual), LeÔla SÈguin (flute, vocals, Corsica/France) and Josh Oldershaw (drums, UK) harnesses an altogether fluid, rhythmic and exquisitely melodic energy as colourful and enigmatic as their band name, forged from different strands of DNA, primarily bossa-nova, Afro-pop and Western folk and rock, but even here its varied, as much Animal Collective as it is Arthur Lees Love. This EU concoction was first tasted on CaTS five-track EP debut 'Peach Bells' in December 2014, and now its their equally stunning debut album 'Sugar Now'. For the album, they teamed up again with Brooklyn producer Rusty Santos (Animal Collective, Beach House, Grizzly Bear, DJ Rashad) in a Lisbon studio.
