Box Set #5 was co-curated by Fela's son, world-renowned multi-instrumentalist and Afrobeat ambassador, Femi Kuti, and Chris Martin (Coldplay). This volume includes Why Black Man Dey Suffer, Noise for Vendor Mouth, Kalakuta Show, Excuse O, Ikoyi Blindness, Original Sufferhead, and Overtake Don Overtake Overtake. The artwork for each album has been meticulously recreated from the original vinyl pressings, alongside vintage vinyl label artwork.
Audio was extensively restored and remastered by SeeWhyAudio, London.

On "Kalakuta Show": Side A is titled "Kalakuta Show" on the back cover, and "Kalakuta" on center label; Side B is titled "Don't Make Ganran Ganran" on the back cover, and "Te Je Je" on center label.

Original Suffer Head includes the extended 25-minute version of the title track, unavailable since the original Nigerian vinyl release.
