A rare electro-disco single featuring a supremely talented vocalist named Shirley Jean Ybarra, was originally released on 12" vinyl in 1990 on the Miami based RTR Records label. The single, "I Need You Babe," was produced, engineered and written by Amos Larkins II, the renowned Miami funk pioneer. Now finally available in the digital domain, the rare single is presented here newly remastered from the original 12" vinyl mix featuring the original radio and club mixes.
