It was quite a coup when Cloven Hoof mastermind and bassist Lee Payne announced that Harry 'The Tyrant' Conklin, who had relocated to Greece, would be joining the band. The former Jag Panzer frontman proved to be the perfect replacement for Russ North, who many fans regarded as the definitive Cloven Hoof vocalist.
