For more than four decades, Benny Green has been celebrated as one of jazz's definitive trio pianists. With Renovation, his first live solo piano recording, Green embraces the freedom of the unaccompanied format while drawing on a lifetime of experience alongside Betty Carter, Art Blakey, Freddie Hubbard, Ray Brown, and Oscar Peterson.
