Now Hear This! [CD]

The "now" part of The Ozark Mountain Daredevils' "Now Hear This!" album has finally arrived. In 1990, a decade and a half after their two huge radio hits, "If You Wanna Get to Heaven" and "Jackie Blue," the Daredevils made another in a string of great albums that would only be available on cassette tape at the merch table of their live shows, until now. On CD and digitally for the first time!

The Daredevils will embark on their farewell tour, "When It Shines" this year (2024) through next, retiring from the stage at the end of 2025. The tour's name is a nod to the band's second studio album, "It'll Shine When It Shines," released in 1973. Though Dillon may no longer strum a mouth bow to the tune of "Chicken Train" on stage, the band will continue writing and recording music following its touring retirement.
