His writing, characterized by a textural and sensory approach, examines our relationship with the worldthrough themes such as the multiplicity of identity, the materiality of sound, and the upheavals of our time.Inspired by literature as well as contemporary thought, the composer draws on a rich array of references, ranging from the commedia dell'arte to reflections on language and perception. The central work, Excursions interieures I: Desir de verre, sets a poem by Michael Trahan to music and offers an intimate exploration of the psyche, navigating the realms of memory, the imagination, and external influences.
